SARA Membership
½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï is a proud member of the  (SARA).  SARA is an agreement among member states that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. Attending a college with SARA membership makes it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based other states.
States Served by ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï
Federal Policy and state law requires US colleges be authorized to provide distance education in each state where a distance student resides while taking online classes. ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï proudly serves all U.S. states so apply now!  We regret that ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï is not authorized to accept students located in U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico.
When applying, please note that admission into a program is dependent on program availability in the state where the student is physically located at the time of acceptance. Students will not be able to register for more classes if they move to a state where ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï does not offer programs. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the institution of a change in physical location.
Fully online students who are not residents of Washington may be eligible for a waiver of the non-resident tuition differential. See: Tuition, waivers, and fees. Students who have paid tuition and withdraw from class(es) during the first three weeks of the quarter (or Summer equivalent) may be owed a refund.  Refund schedule.
Professional Licensure
Be advised that while online courses and programs at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï are fully accredited and may be transferable to university programs that lead to state professional licensures, ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï online courses and programs may not meet professional licensure requirements for your state. Please go to the Licensure Disclosure Page for more information on programs with required licensing ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï programs meet, as well as states currently accepting the license. If you are seeking a professional licensure in a state not listed by the program, please contact the appropriate officials in that licensing state.
