Summary Job Description
This position will perform support to students in the computer lab.
Typical Duties
Assist students with:
- Checking in / out
- Computer logins
- Printing
- Software assistance
- Ensuring lab computers are all functioning
- Reporting any issues to Lab Manager
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï, eligible for the work study program.
- Basic technical skills and familiarity with IT equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
